Very bad management like HR department. They dont try to know how employees are suffering. I almost lost my complete family life. They treat employees like robos. Actually company is fantastic but people in management are worst. Lot of attrition but no body wants to know the reason behind it

...and package, instead of sorting customer issues try to convince the customer .Given only half salary for more than 8 months post covid.

...lpful and transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow, and when I resigned from company company not done my settlement and they not accept my resignation letter after 2 month notice period when I left the Company they are saying we don't receive any resignation letter from my side I show them mail from my side they said they don't receive any mail and after 4month they are asking money for doing settlement.

In the clinic managers problem & some time managers force to work for long time for example your morning shift but client came suddenly then u should do the service orelse there will complaint about you negativity to the area managers or the highers that's it
