There promote you depend on your work & good salary & good incentive
In the clinic managers problem & some time managers force to work for long time for example your morning shift but client came suddenly then u should do the service orelse there will complaint about you negativity to the area managers or the highers that's it
Very bad management like HR department. They dont try to know how employees are suffering. I almost lost my complete family life. They treat employees like robos.
Actually company is fantastic but people in management are worst. Lot of attrition but no body wants to know the reason behind it

I respect Kaya as a no 1 brand but the work culture is created by the employee in Lucknow clinic is little disturbed...
Working environment is good but more work pressure and if they hike the salary for aesthetician it will better..! More work salary less we r the main pillar of the kaya if we r not doing service back to back then how to will achieve or consume the service. KT satisfaction is very important no proper holidays or weekoffs. Atleast alternative sunday offs they need to arrange. Can’t go vacation also with family. Full of appointments appointments they won’t bother about anything. That’s fine
No transparency, salary cut during covid which was not communicated properly only at the time of receipt of salary we come to know about salary, HR don't even tell who get the promotions, very poor culture to work, no work life balance
