No personal life , work life balance is a far away concept. Overtime not considered. You work like a bull not even considered human. You work for hr as well as sales,marketing work in same postion. So much office politics since day one. Suddenly you are required to go out of station next day without any prior schedules. You get surprises about the job profile in starting days. Very unprofessional as an MNC.

Payment structure is good. Office climate is jolly and free for work

Dislikes

Late sitting are regular activities for employees. Manager level persons are not good and favouritism is one of the bad thing is office. High level of politics in firm. Work life balance is zero. Organisation insist employee to work on holiday also. Early leaving is only on paper for an employee. If you are leaving early manager level people try to stop you indirectly by giving unnecessary work.

Only thing which was good was sitting arrangement was comfortable.

Dislikes

It is a family owned business. Owner wants all employees to work for all 7 days. No work life balance. Owner wants all employees should work on national holidays also. Pathetic work culture. If the owner says that its night then you have to accept its night. If you ask for appraisal then you may have to leave the company.

As being in Essential services, no effect of lockdown on work, financially company is strong n provided salaries and wedges on time without fail as earlier.

Dislikes

Nothing can be said as dislikes it's a nice organization to work with.
