The company is open to readily adopts technology. Mainly it took the government project like IOCL , BHEL and presently BPCL-CRDC at Greater Noida.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high as it only takes time oriented government project. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Client meeting, PMC managing and then petty contractor issues and resolving the same. In case of Appraisal Account section promised to increment my salary in new financial year from March, 2019 but it was not fulfilled.
