...rect hire was “Aditya Kamble”. One of the highest paid employees of Katerra. His annual salary is 60 lakhs. His business tittle is HR Director. And his people skills are that of someone who comes from zopad patti background. Doesn’t know how to talk to women or employees in general. In his HR meetings, he discusses about smoking and consuming alcohol, watching movies. Pathetic!! One of the stupid human being that I must have come across. And he is “ HR personal” Even when Katerra has lost business it’s almost shut, they have still kept the stupid person on role. Sad. RIP Katerra and RIP Aditya Kamble.

Some of the incorrect hires. Especially at positions like, that of a Director. Why would a company hire an HR director who lacks simple etiquettes? Aditya Kamble, a man who doesn’t know how to respect women or employees in general. He can’t frame a simple sentence in English, without using foul language. And such man is paid 60 lakhs and kept in the company, when the company is almost shut down. Sad!

The technology on which the company is working is the only thing you can rely on. The offsite manufacturing facility the company possesses is world-class and is not possessed by any other company in this segment.

... Employees & Vendors are the scapegoats in every hard hit the company incurs. The salary structure is terrible. Increments are given to employees with no stand of assessment ( Just if someone is leaving, to retain they give increments with no standard confidentially even after companies finances are terribly bad ) In addition to it, the salaries are paid with a delay of more than 3 months. (this means if you join this company, your first salary will be after 3 months of joining ) This is the current state of this company. Management in their corporate office says to your faces they will not pay salaries and ask you to complain wherever you want to. Such ethicless senior management is running this company presently. They ruined the entire company which was one of the best companies in the industry 2 years earlier. In addition to the above if you resign the delayed salary will also not be paid. They neither give relieving letters nor experience letters nor settlement statements. such kinds of HR are there in this company, especially the newly appointed HR head in 2023. The HR department is the backboneless department in this company, another bunch of fraudsters with zero ethics Towards work. FRIENDS ..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS (SO CALLED) COMPANY. !!!!!! DON'T RUIN YOUR LIFE BY JOINING THIS COMPANY

. After management changed its very worst . They won't pay salary for 3 to 4 months . They do harrasment to women employees . Lot of bribing in the company . They won't pay PF, ESI,TDS all pending from 1 year. Don't join to this company . Ll

... Group. Without knowledge Kerala peoples sitting top management and doing drama. Last 2022 year most of peopke not getting proper mobthly salary and resigning people aslo not getting final settlement till now. Better join another good company. Here Keralites only get benefit ,

The worst company to work for. Managers are here just blaming juniors and saving their job. No Work-life balance, no job satisfaction. They would force you to work till 1 AM-2 AM then have to report at 8:30 in the morning, otherwise teach you lessons of discipline. They will threaten you constantly to terminate. If you ask for leave, your manager will behave like you have asked his kidney, lungs.. You have to sacrifice your self-respect to survive here. join only if you are Tamil or Malayali.
