I've recently completed 1 year in the marketing department at Kasplo, and it's been an incredibly rewarding journey. Over the past year, I've had the opportunity to upskill myself in various channels of marketing. One of the standout movements for me was receiving a strong appraisal, which truly validated the hard work and effort I've put in over the year. It's clear that Kasplo recognizes its employees' contribution. Overall, i am completely satisfies with the work life balance and the supportive work culture here.

thank you for reaching out and valuing my initial thoughts on joining the kasplo internet. despite being new, I'm happy to share my feedback on the onboarding process, first-day experience, and company culture . i can share that my first impression has been very positive and smooth , i appreciate the efforts by our HR's who given clear instruction about company , work culture and terms and condition and the policy's too.and i'm excited to be part of the team and help make kasplo an even better place to work

At Kasplo, i found a more than just a workspace, i found a supportive community. The positive atmosphere and collegial support fostered a sense of camaraderie that made every day enjoyable. Whether tackling challenges or celebrating successes, colleagues were always there, ready to lend a helping hand

Despite the relentless pace imposed by tight project timelines, they demonstrated commendable efficiency. clear communication and adaptability. However, the aggressive deadlines occasionally veered into the realm of unrealistic, leading to heightened stress and potential compromises in quality. There's a need for more balanced approach to ensure that deadlines are met without sacrificing the excellence of the final output

Joining kasplo has been an amazing experience from start to finish. the interview process was smooth and well coordinated, with clear communication at each stage which made me feel informed. the onboarding experience was just seamless - everything was prepared in advance and the team guided me through each step insuring I have everything to get started.

Kasplo has poor management and a toxic work culture. The CEO is egoistic and dismissive of feedback, while HR and management are overly controlling. Salaries are not paid on time, adding to employee frustration. Moreover, HR pressures employees to leave positive reviews on platforms like Google, Glassdoor, and AmbitionBox, creating a misleading image of the company. Overall, it’s not a supportive or growth-oriented workplace.
