It was terrible to stay there without having a system of salary deposit.& An engineer value is only 5,000 to 8000..The system is corrupt from higher bodies to purchase department ..No Diwali bonus,no extra renumeration,no overtime paid,So pathetic..

Kashish Developers is concentrated upon their personal bonding or relationship instead of professionalism in working. Can be viewed over their incompetency of loosing the MLA & MLC project.

it nice and innovative mnc construction company. this company can make the people to change their life is excellent . i have been worked 3 year whit this company as electrical maintenance supervisor. i found his economical policy is so good and caring for all those who are working with this company.

The company is good for New Employees, Who only need to learn and other things have no meaning. There are also some good employees who would love to work with them.

Dislikes

The company is total contractor type company, in which all the owner's house and villages are there, which hinders the growth of all the company. I have around 2 Yrs. experience. I see that Only 02 leaders are there Owner's brother-In-Law and Head HR of the Company and both are illiterate about the company's policy and systems. They only have their own system. Due to this reason All the good employees have left the job with the help of them. According to my experience, the new employee can't survive or work there other than Darbhanga, Bihar.
