The company gives a side platform to learn mostly about the stock market scenarios and happenings which affects the market. Which as a result helps to increase my knowledge in this field how to make money? I have a good teammates who helps in every difficult situation of trading and all scenarios. It is located near to my place which is easier for me. And most colleagues from various places come from but we work with good cooperation.

Dislikes

...l everyday with their investment money but it is not considered in my appraisal. We have to trade and go for targets and we have to pay from our pockets sometimes if clients bear the losses.

1. Super friendly and helpful colleagues. 2. Get to learn alot. (My first job, learnet a lot.) 3. Dynamic work profile. 4. Fixed shift timings. 5. Incentive structure was nice. (Changes every year.) 6. Managers are quite helpful and supportive.

...issues. 2. Immense pressure to meet targets. 3. On job training is not given. 4. Salary structure is comparatively less. 5. 6 working days. 6. Micro management of employees. 7. No IJPs for profile change.

The presence of company pan India makes it possible to be near hometown.

Everything ranging from monetory compensation to support from seniors is pathetic. You don't get appropriate recognition of your hardship. Appraisal is worst in the industry.

...ning, less training given to employees but expectations from employees are more. very less package even after taking all the challenges. According to talent and performance there is no appreciation and appraisals. Instead of motivation high authority will always puts pressure and scolds.
