Good work environment, Great colleagues to work with, Career growth is there but you have to focus more or grab it yourself rather then the manager providing it to you on a plate. Innovation in a sense was there in terms of trying new avenues for sourcing candidates. Work-life balance goes out of the window when huge mandates come in. Full freedom to work on individually without too much micromanagement (I had very friendly and good Managers).

Dislikes

Pay parity not available for some roles. Yearly appraisals depend on how good you are with your boss rather than how much you have achieved your KRA.

Likes

The company gives a side platform to learn mostly about the stock market scenarios and happenings which affects the market. Which as a result helps to increase my knowledge in this field how to make money? I have a good teammates who helps in every difficult situation of trading and all scenarios. It is located near to my place which is easier for me. And most colleagues from various places come from but we work with good cooperation.

Dislikes

...l everyday with their investment money but it is not considered in my appraisal. We have to trade and go for targets and we have to pay from our pockets sometimes if clients bear the losses.

1. Super friendly and helpful colleagues. 2. Get to learn alot. (My first job, learnet a lot.) 3. Dynamic work profile. 4. Fixed shift timings. 5. Incentive structure was nice. (Changes every year.) 6. Managers are quite helpful and supportive.

...issues. 2. Immense pressure to meet targets. 3. On job training is not given. 4. Salary structure is comparatively less. 5. 6 working days. 6. Micro management of employees. 7. No IJPs for profile change.

I hate that incentive policy which change each and every in a couple of months according to the company welfare but not fit for employees, common dear it's The Hyderabad we didn't have enough saving for the month end
