There is all thinking has average but as for as concert compensation or appraisal policy has really poor because we know that the inflection has going more ad more but my salary has not increasing so i am facing difficulty to survive. it means hr policy has really poor of karvy stock broking ltd.

the appraisal policy of company really poorly working the upper level employee has erring more then compare to me. it mean all work doing the subordinate but still not gain the survival salary

Friendly Environment. Comfortable to work with Team mates.

...ning, less training given to employees but expectations from employees are more. very less package even after taking all the challenges. According to talent and performance there is no appreciation and appraisals. Instead of motivation high authority will always puts pressure and scolds.

The nature of head department employees are good and they co-ordinate with us . And the salary structure of company was also good.

Dislikes

The target achievement and pressuring by the company from the begining is disappointed me.

My colleagues and training are the only two things which are good over there(in my department, which is relationship officer of LMS online process in sales department).

Dislikes

Terrible work experience, the work pressure is very high and less salary, no cab facilities, extra work with no extra payment.
