There is all thinking has average but as for as concert compensation or appraisal policy has really poor because we know that the inflection has going more ad more but my salary has not increasing so i am facing difficulty to survive. it means hr policy has really poor of karvy stock broking ltd.

the appraisal policy of company really poorly working the upper level employee has erring more then compare to me. it mean all work doing the subordinate but still not gain the survival salary

...o support to people who work under.work environment is ok.no innovation nothing.salary ll be not paid on time.they delay hold giving reasons.no support.so much politics inside the office.not a good place to work overall

Even they don't gave salary and full and final and in covid time without any intemation they fired the people and from last 1 year they are not paying our full and final ,our PF and even TAX is also not submitted

I worked as customer support executive their is no job satisfaction atall and work is more and salary is verry less while comparing to another company , it should change its culture their is no activities for us than work
