Purely nothing.

Dislikes

Work culture, late salary payment ( delay by a month), No PF payment even after deduction, Tax is deducted but not paid, no hikes for employees even after completion of 2 years more over salary is being reduced.

There is no new learning at this organisation and the senior management has some communication gap at their level.

Dislikes

Work culture is the worst, there's no growth opportunity, there is zero work-life balance after joining this company, worst company to ever work for.
