Still there not paid my salary and every month they took some amount for pf but that amount not credit and also there give less salary 7k per month firstly there didn't released offer letter after servering notice period completed and after one monthe gave those letters it's really waste of working. There is no job security and work pressure is too high & they will not get satisfied and they will not see ur hard work and coming to management they are too fraud they will not update any thing about ur pf and esi on time and they will not explain how much cuttings from ur salary and they will cut more from ur CTC and they will not update any thing ..overall I’ve got my working skills working on this

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
