Endless work in karvy, salary was deposited at end of every month promptly. We can work until retirement, job is fully secured.

Hikes are very less, no work plan in regular base. If plan the work it will not complete due to several problems. Work pressure is more. 200%

Now KARVY is not hiring anyone. Company has shut down 70%-80% of it's process. It has removed 80%-90% of it's employee's even not payed their SALARIES. Then we must have to forget our hard earned PF amount(Provident Fund). Company has started shutting down process from 05-Feb-2020. Today 11-July-2020, I haven't received my PF amount. God know;s what will happen.

...mpany management and management people. They are irresponsible tourchering type. The management will pay your salary after 20 days later. Means.... Suppose... Person-A started working on 1st-May-2020 to 31st-May-2020. He should get salary between 31-May-2020 to 05th-June-2020--10th-June-2020. But management will going to pay you between 20-June-2020 to 25-June-2020. If you want to resign the company then after your resignation they will pay after 45-day's or 60-days of resignation date. There is no transport from company. Only one way for those people(only girls) who have logout between 9pm-12am So, I hope you people can understand.

Karvy keeps my last month salary, also I have been completed 45 days but didn't provided even my salary, work pressure is high , target base job.
