They are not even providing the relieving salary to the employees who left the organization even after 1 year and when I sent an email explaining my situation during this pandemi for the salary they are not even responding. Such a worst experience I had with the Karvy Keep Growing.

Salary Delay, No Support From HR TEAM About Salary Credit Date, Till Now No Update About PF They Are Playing With Employee’s, Every Month Amount Get Debit From Account , But In PF Passbook Not Update From Date Of Joining Till Date No Update I Will Give Zero Rating

Karvy is an growth of hub for an freshers & experience they give an good opportunity and good organisation to learn, team leader support well and the trainers gives good training they mainly focus on communication skills ,coming to wards Salary is just good but no appraisal for the Agents but there will be an appraisal for the management staff and gives an good opportunity for the Agents to apply for the IJP.karvy provide one way cab facility only for those whose shifts will be gets complete after 9 pm . security is well and good ,

I dont have any dislike accept salary is less there is no increment, and some of the issue with the HR management ,

However karvy has not provided 2 months pending salary in the normal time only they will not credit salary on time in the covid pandemic situation how they'll support worst company nowbody will take leadership
