There is not a corporate culture. Management always think the employees are cheating to the organisation. Always company cutting the basic salary of the employees. There is No holiday no Sunday. When you resign the organisation you will loose the last month salary and expenses.
Always company director will entertain with all the things.
High workload during peak seasons can be overwhelming.

Salary was cut down during lockdown and even not resumed to previous after returning to normal condition.
Least effected sector in pandemic ,in-fact one of the profit making organization during covid, Telecom handsets but cut the salary of the employee.
Last appraisal was done on 2018 and this year also appraisal would be skipped for sure.
But one can learn to handle pressure in the toughest time as long as they can survive.
No job security.
Salary was decent as long as it was made variable during lockdown and not resumed even in normal times.
No career growths.
Lot of politics and none to address issues of the employees.
There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address out issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing . On the job tranig is not given to new joiees.
