Salary was cut down during lockdown and even not resumed to previous after returning to normal condition. Least effected sector in pandemic ,in-fact one of the profit making organization during covid, Telecom handsets but cut the salary of the employee. Last appraisal was done on 2018 and this year also appraisal would be skipped for sure. But one can learn to handle pressure in the toughest time as long as they can survive.

Dislikes

No job security. Salary was decent as long as it was made variable during lockdown and not resumed even in normal times. No career growths. Lot of politics and none to address issues of the employees.

There's nothing to like in this organisation. Very bad organisation to join. Highly recommended that do not join this organisation.

Only salary on time & good package

No job security. Can terminate with in a day without any valid reason. There are too may heads and non have the knowledge of the industry. No ratiolity on tgt. Every month the target increase by 10 Lacs. The Management listen to their spy in the work place. Totaly a bulshit company. Apollo Clinic Dunlop is their Franchise & the working environment is polluted.

There is not a corporate culture. Management always think the employees are cheating to the organisation. Always company cutting the basic salary of the employees. There is No holiday no Sunday. When you resign the organisation you will loose the last month salary and expenses. Always company director will entertain with all the things.
