My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No ethics Suddenly says " U are discontinued from service and a mail send to you " but there is no mail and your salary is stopped, all prevoius payments also stopped. It happened to many of us No settlement done to us More than lakhs of rupees pending but no one picks up call or answer email, I ve send legal notice twice even sandip tekriwal ( MD ) .. himself is a great cheater and bluffmaster Career ruining decision to join this horrible company , Karuna Greentech pvt. Ltd.

Tekriwal Family is great cheater and liar and bluffmaster Sandip Tekriwal - MD of Karuna Greentech cheats salary and pending dues of employees The company usually hires and after some period suddenly Annie Augustine Sahela - HR of the company calls over phone and says " A discontinuation mail has been send to you " but there is no mail. This has happened to many people. After that, nobody answer calls or emails. I have personally taken legal action against Sandip Tekriwal and the management of the company. Just imagine how the company would be if employees is taking legal actions and police complain for cheating on their salaries and money. THESE TEKRIWALS HAVE CHEATED LAKHS OF RUPEES OF MINE. WORTHLESS ! WORTHLESS ! WORTHLESS ! SHAME ON YOU SANDIP TEKRIWAL , SANJAY TEKRIWAL AND HARSH TEKRIWAL
