They don't pay you well , it's been three months since they gave salary Even after opening the college and working for two months they did not pay Don't work hear

Nil, I am not satisfied in any aspect of my routine in the Karpagam.

One man management, decisions are delayed and management won't stand on their promises and commitments especially on salary and payments to the vendors.

Environment Good.

Dislikes

Salary very less. They won't consider other college teaching experience. They will consider as a fresh candidate only, Whatever be the experience that candidate had. Exam duty and other money they will pay only in the next semester, suppose that candidate resigned, they won't pay the money to the candidate. Maximum time more work. Uploading the notes of lesson in the system, for that we should work day and night. Only very few times normal work.

I was a fresher when i joined Karpagam as a communication and soft skills trainer with few months of experience .The placement team was very supportive,they helped me grow and I learned lots from karpagam.

Dislikes

I was very much comfortable working there,my teammates cares me very much.I had to leave the job because of my wedding.
