Product Based Company in chennai You can learn a lot Very good salary (More than industrial standards) No politics

Zero Work-Life Balance. It's like working all day. No appreciation. So, you have to be self-motivated.

Initially it looks good. Slowly it becomes worst. In middle for some of employees they stopped salary saying they don't have money.

Too much politics. There's no work life balance. Higher positions doesn't know minimum ethics.

Likes

All people are engaging. I found there is a good co relation between all the teams. Team mates are very supportive and managers are very good. Yes a little work pressure(tooo little, i mentioned pressure bcoz rarely they ask you to finish some work for half n hour in week ends) is there, but its a product company and we can expect that. Good to be in the product team and AI team bcoz there is a lot to learn and work on more programming. In Implementation you find to do more enhancements and repeating the same work but comparably less coding with product development team. The HR dept is so good and their responsive are satisfactory. You can avail WFH for some good reasons.

Dislikes

.... No laptops more on desktop. No personal benefits like cabs, vouchers or any. May be as a fresher you may find problem with salary breakkup, but some feels its too good.

Non work from home, since there's no way ppl are allowed to do WFH that too with your own laptop and they provide an useless old gen computers which run at snails pace, no benefits, no work culture, no proper hikes and if given will not process immediately will lag for couple of month's.
