KVGB is best for those who don't want more risk and responsibility. It is best for office assistant and limited work style.

Dislikes

KVGB is fully owned by GOI. Although management doesn't have any individual liberty to take decisions independently. Even state also holds some portion of stake in grameen banks. Hence lot of political hydrama involved which affecting pure banking. It is neither acts corporate nor social banking. Hence 90% hidden NPA in restructured and agri loans . In one line RRB employees are jack of all master of none.

Our bank is top second in all regional rural banks in India. Our main moto is real India is rural India. Bank work culture is very good. Our bank gives food , clothing and shelter to me and our family also. It is gives social respect in our society.

This is a Banking Industry sponsored by Canara Bank. The work culture and Policies purely depends on the MD, posted by sponsore Bank.

Promotion policy, other benifits to employees and improvement in software etc are the main drawback of the Bank. Bank is sponored by Canara Bank, but decision maker is NABARD which is no where concern to Bank. Because of this only Bank is not showing the progress. in Kannada one proverb is famous/ suitable to this BANK(rrb)i.e. HALAUVE MAKKALA THAYEE HOLEGE BIDDU SAYEE. Meaning in English is the mother one who is having more kids, no one will take care about her and ultimately she will be neglected. my suggestion is RRB should be merged with sponsore Bank only. that is the only solution.
