Its an good place for fresher's to learn lot about practical working of all electricla equipment involved in a power generation sector from minute to large equipments of the plants.. Also its a great working place for the trainee with most experienced people around him all over..

Yes there is good for working in karnataka power corporation limited and really I like to work if I get job opportunity I will not miss it I will work in good condition 😊

although it is good organisation it has spoiled because of reservation policy. Earlier days it was not there. Now it is very worst. Since it is a govt.of Karnataka undertaking people will like to join and now there is no future especially who are yongesters. Only job gaurantee is there at present but in future we can not say anything.

Dislikes

Reservation policy is worst. Hence for the Engineers who are really capable will not be promoted.
