There is no security for job and especially for women. They will encourage women harrasment . won't take complaints seriously... If there is any fault from management without enquiry they will remove staff . Transfers also rare .. no one cares...

Work culture is good and is less stressful compared to PSBs and Private Banks. Salary is at par with PSBs.

Dislikes

Place of Posting can be an issue for metro kids. After some years of working it becomes routine job and exploring new things becomes less.

The feeling of heavy responsibility, pressure,and stress associated with one's job

It's a bank just for the sake. If you want to work then you have to leave all your moral ethics or you have to face continuous problems with the management worst service to the employees

Dislikes

There is no value for women. No one will care in the management when any women gave complaint especially chairman, he won't even consider the complaint of a women if it is related to officer and above position no matter what the women facing.
