Sick Leave facility is not available. If you take unplanned leave, they will deduct it directly. Management is very controlling; they keep a watch on you through CCTV every now and then like a prisoner. You cannot even talk on phone for a single minute.

Having worked at various companies, this company is the great place to work . There is lot of exposer to the multinational companies project , every project is a challenge and learning experience. The infrastructure and work resources are best and the work culture is absolutely perfect and professional.

Nothing. The company is being managed in absolutely professional way...surely this company is not the place for parasites who just want to enjoy the companies benefit and do not contribute. witnessed the company thrown out such employees who got exposed due to half cooked knowledge and experience. Those jobless lot now writes bad thing about the company , what else you expect from such jobless.....bunch !

Excellent and professional work culture , no politics ! The project deliverables are absolutely tight and all the supports are provided by management for this. This company is not a place for time pass job seekers , since they get exposed very soon due to continuous monitoring of individuals performance. This is the best place to work and enrich your experience in an interesting industrial project field.

Absolutely there is nothing such kind of this in this company. The company is managed in an absolute professional manner and discipline.

The company is having absolute professional culture , having most of the multinational clients on its board. Definitely this company is not for the non-performers, easy money enjoyers, posers and fakers. I do not agree with the few comments given here as most of them are the non-performers and have been shown door by the company.

Nothing , its a perfect place to learn about all the SOP's of the project implementation.
