I would not say that the company is bad but the staff and the management is really really poor.There is lots,(when I say lots means it's beyond something else we can't measure) of partiality between the staffs & and the agents there. When I say staff I would like to mention the TL's and the agents..The TL and the agents they are close enough like bff so like when it comes to payments or something else...there is always partiality and when we have issue they always try it give it another name and then forget the issues and take it lightly.. There is lots of negligence in the office.There are times when the TL and agents just go out from office at mid- night..enjoy and come back..that's how the scenario in the office is.

... last one and half years. I am completely satisfied with the company's policies. Here salary increments are provided from time to time according to the employee performance.

I am an employee in this company for the last 2 years. And I am happy to work here. There is good coordination amongst the employees. Everyone is friendly and supportive.
