The salary and benefits is good.

I would not say that the company is bad but the staff and the management is really really poor.There is lots,(when I say lots means it's beyond something else we can't measure) of partiality between the staffs & and the agents there. When I say staff I would like to mention the TL's and the agents..The TL and the agents they are close enough like bff so like when it comes to payments or something else...there is always partiality and when we have issue they always try it give it another name and then forget the issues and take it lightly.. There is lots of negligence in the office.There are times when the TL and agents just go out from office at mid- night..enjoy and come back..that's how the scenario in the office is.

There was a time when company was on it's peak and was doing well But it's just a trash now.

Dislikes

1. Doing scams by playing with serious patient's life and Giving random & cheap medicines and branding like it is coming from the god's side. 2. When someone's patient passes away and ask for the refund, they simply start abusing or play games with them. They do this even if there is no improvements through their medicines. 4. Fake commitments to employees / patients like they give appraisals and take it back without any discussion. 5. Can abuse, threats people for not giving their hard earn money back and after fake promises and playing with many lifes. 6. Whosoever tried to come up to tell the truth, he simply putted money in their pocket or threatened them. 7. No job security, can call anyone and tell to give resign. If you want to go to higher management ( VP ) She will just close the door on your face. 8. HRs are there only for festivals/Celebration. 9. Before joining this as a patient or an employee, just check the reviews on Google, Consumer Complaint Forum, Quora and some YouTube Videos.

All senior staff are illiterate due to their presence the company performance is going down every month. Vice president Prashanti and HOD Pranshu they both does not have a knowledge to run the business.

Their manager gracy gopal was wonderful manager she was the one who says thing clearly and do her work rightly fith 1000 % efforts Also i have seen all company's manager or leaders we have to say about increament or look on the performance according increament But I met one who give opportunity without saying anything Our work was to focus on work not to sit with manager and spent time or show our performance . Simple and sorted things with gracy gopal.
