Company has to work on salary and compensation as per market, which they are lacking and not even concentrating on that. Appraisal and promotion system is also not upto the mark. Because of which they are loosing good talent.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I never feel any kind of job insecurity during covid pandemic period although the management is full supporting during the pandemic and it is a very good thing.

There is nothing to deslike in Karl Storz , I am totally satisfied with Karl Storz.

I am not working in the company. But my friend working in the company in formed me that company supporting them very well .financially and medically both ways.

Compensation is good, job security is there,Other ten work they work on your work life balance also. There is great team bonding and feel free environment.for your work and write to speak.You are free to talk to higher management regarding your issues (personal as well as official.)they are going to support you. Mr Radha kant Jaisawal always support there team and try to work on personal development of all the employee,so that they grow in there personal life.There believe is if you develop in your personal life then you do well in your job also. I am personal too much inspired by them.

Very stable organisation, great leadership Team , fantastic products . Being a family as a culture . KARL STORZ Means a family as a family . They will go any extreme to support an employee as a family member .
