Team Is very supportive. Have a great work life balance. Management is so much supportive. They care for their employees to the great extend. this type of culture should be in every company.

They should be a little strict to the employees. Team takes it very casually even after not completing the targets. And Management does not forces them to work under pressure. And employees take benefit of that.

Learning and development. On the job Training provided was good.

No job security. Joined as HR intern recruitment (6 months duration) but fired in 2 months. Without giving any proper reason, laid off in just 2 months.

Prefer to sit idle rather to work here.

"Hire & Fire" system. They are not providing any platform to work, Rather management & managers pressurize you to work after office hours as well. No job security. Its better to "shut down" our fake company rather then playing with their employees career.
