There are many things I think which I can't explain by comment only, Senior are cheap minded and politics are on high level for freshers also and even they will torture you for the small mistake. Work life is not good

Interview style, the guys called me all the way to office in a time where 99% of the companies are hiring via online platforms. Worst part was the one who took my interview was on his mobile throughout the interview.

Nothing is there to like because they won't treat us as a employee of Karix. I was working in client place.

No job security. Management thinks that we are not a part of company employees those who are working in client places. No night shift allowance. No cab facilities. Worst HR. Forget about Hikes.

I have mixed reviews but surely not recommended for people from technical background specifically in Mumbai Office. People here don't really know how to speak in a good way with other colleagues. Value only for sales people in this organisation.
