Trust me the work culture is very good. You have full independence on how you devise your sales strategy. Good to work at and learn. They regularly do training sessions for their employers.

Kaercher work environment and culture is like a family. Leaders and teammates are very supportive and management is transparentand. Company policies are good and HR teams are very supportive.

My reporting manager was a good person and the products offered by the company were excellent. However, the top management and rest of the company were a total waste. It is a simple import company that buys from Karcher Germany and sells in India. Nothing more than that.

Dislikes

Senseless management. No ability to take advantage of such a huge brand with so many brilliant products. The pricing difference between offline dealers and online dealers is killing the company. Short term Target achievement has killed the brand.

Karcher is a very professional company with very good work life balance, full of training, skills development programme's, online courses.

Dislikes

Increment & promotional salary appraisal percentage is very low.
