Karam is very good company and it is one an only company in Lucknow who gives a good package in production line employees but due to some internal politics and favoritism employees growth getting down overall it is good company

A decent place to work, most of the people are helpful, approvals are easy and fast as compared to other counterparts.

Planning and scheduling is really not good, compensation amounts & relaxations are worst, though the job is secure but the management will keep on reminding that everyone is replaceable.

Allowed work from home before the lockdown. Caring for their employees, no salary cut for the month of Mar-20.

Compensation is decent but growth is above average. Lot of recent restructuring put a hamper on the growth of many deserving employees.
