Nothing to like.

Dislikes

This is a person driven organization and most of the employees are either relatives or friends of the founders. The organization doesn't have much projects, even they have deducted 20% of their CTC from few employee to manage their office expense. Your probation period will not end until you are allocated to any of the project and now a days they are asking employees to resign who are on bench for more than 3 months. Senior management is full of non technical guys and they want everything to be completed ASAP no matter how complex the work is.

Nothing , they don't care about the people , on bench is high. If you want to get into trouble then go and see but i would recommend you , you will selected in interview without putting efforts as nobody want to join. Do not trust seniors even if they give you sweet carrot.

Dislikes

No project , no work life balance , all are relatives company , lot of politics, nobody cares about it, they pretend to be good with you but reality is nobody in that org is happy.
