It's a good company to work for the first year because you don't feel the salary frustrations in the first year itself and you actually learn skills while working for the company. But after one year it's stupid to stay there.

Dislikes

No hierarchy. You cannot grow in this company as there no corporate ladder to climb. Managers will hire you for a role and you will not be able to grow out of it. The only option which then remains is job change.

They take in freshers and train well , people are friendly and work pressure is also less .

Dislikes

The salaries are too low , sometimes politics is too much as the company is held as a family business and lacks professional ethics , They never have fix date for salaries and deduction and leave policy are really awful .

You can wear any brand as it’s a MBO format.

Politics is on high level and taking things personally, higher management thinks that they are God and they don’t know about professionalism, Mr. Darpan kapoor and Vipin Kapoor both are very gentle man personality, but their Sons are very Egostick and behave like illiterate. Mr.Manish Dangwal is very manipulative and mastermind of politics.

Kapson’s fashion is a good company to work and great work experience there. Know the almost brands experience under one roof and sells international brands as well. The right place to get the experience to handle large manpower and brands.

Not having any programme for learning and development.

They will conduct your interview on Saturdays and will make you sit there till 6 of clock and then a Rude director will come to kick you out. Also they are so self obsessed with the size of their organisation like other people are FOOLS or something who came from sh*tty places.
