It was awesome untill a new India operation head came in . Or that’s what I have eBen let to believe since I had left when she came in

Nothing to be frank . May be salary they can increase (tbh we all have this same complain about any other company)

Work pressure is less but also depends upon the team. Very less deduction from salary. Insurance is free. Leave policy is moderate.

Dislikes

Some team senior members favour the persons they like, in this way the hard working people go unrecognized sometimes. Also not many company benifits, no bonus.

Very unstable company , senior people keep exiting.

Dislikes

No growth, it's a very cost sensitive company and the goal is find cheap resources in India to replace US resources. There is no transperancy the policy and rules will not apply to management favourite people. Expect the resources to work till 11 pm in India and this is normal shift

Missing Enterprise architects and principal engineers who can guide the team Cloud ops team is a mess due to which releases have become a pain Intra Team collaboration is lacking

The work culture is ok. If you’re looking for a simple job you can keep doing for a while this place might be good.

Dislikes

The benefits are very bad. You literally get nothing. The appraisal is also very poor compared to other companies. You could rather switch companies.
