Great work life balance, if you're someone looking for great WLB and stable growth, this company is a great place to work. Tech stack is up-to-date, and the code base is well-structured(Some old employees have done a great job). Company culture is superb, you would literally enjoy working here.

You might feel the salary is a little low compared to other product based companies. Promotions take too long. Rest everything is fine, other than financial part nothing is bad

It was awesome untill a new India operation head came in . Or that’s what I have eBen let to believe since I had left when she came in

Nothing to be frank . May be salary they can increase (tbh we all have this same complain about any other company)

I believe overall experience depends on team to team and your reporting manager and workflow of your team.. in my overall experience, I like everything about Kaplan.. the higher level management is also good and very supportive.. work life balance is good

Salary is average cannot consider as good.. growth opportunity is less

Work pressure is less but also depends upon the team. Very less deduction from salary. Insurance is free. Leave policy is moderate.

Some team senior members favour the persons they like, in this way the hard working people go unrecognized sometimes. Also not many company benifits, no bonus.

Missing Enterprise architects and principal engineers who can guide the team Cloud ops team is a mess due to which releases have become a pain Intra Team collaboration is lacking
