Management is adament.and arrogant.

Dislikes

... they are pressurising for join duty after transferring them more than 2500 km. From their native place and even not giving them salary and wages and regularly pressurising and threatning for given resignation from their 20 + year serviced employee.

No proper work balance. Worst leadership worst management no salary and expensive on time every time deductions . Worst behaviour by managers overall Worst company to work

Most worst experience, being a Govt agency does not follow the rules and regulations set by the Govt.

Dislikes

During the work tenure of almost 8 years terribly suffered by the Kapl management. The then management never follow the labour laws. Local management are horrible, altogether lost 8years of my precious life. Found discrimination- discrepancies on employee benefit and Govt of India never take action agsinst the anomalies of the management. So thus never encourage people to be a part of. Though it is fact that many of people worked and gained wealth alas!

Non executive are very good in nature. Few executives are good but they are not allowed to do batter.

Dislikes

Few executives are very bad in behaviour. They are putting blame to their juniors for their own failure. They don't like their popular juniors.
