The company was good but long distance travelling was very irritating, salary hike was not good, some employees used to call me from mumbai about work related queries in karnataka that to about my location, it was difficult to explain to them, I did good target achievement during covid time, after some months later my target was not achieved, was very poor,but zcm insisted me resign the job immediately. He was very angry on me for not quit the job.

...ive and the management is transparent there is a huge management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year totally I am too glad working in this company thanks to our company management and reporting manager & heads give this opportunity.

Don't have any type of job security work culture is like that we are working in the retail shop of Baniya. Politics are reporting level is more even HR terminate me during this covid situation by saying u r not working according us..

Company come with the great process of lending funds with the online fast process just like a tech companies does. Teammate are also very friendly type. Training session are provide are also good which give us the motivation towards are goal and achievements.

Appraisal are not so good as companies does or according to the work they doesn't think about the employee benefits....

Timings are flexible, friendly homely environment, work life balance, company cares about valuable employee

Salaries are low and little less professional atmosphere company policies are not very good but nevertheless if your boss and team is supportive this is not a issue
