Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

We have more difficulties in reach in our company because of no vehicle provided by the company so we collaborate our staff and rich with him his own vehicle

Dislikes

Everything is good but salary Issue and increment is very very poor I am working here 1.6 year no improvement in my salary and not weekly off on Sunday look like as a regular working working day
