I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Team leader are friendly as they help you in learning and ready to change if u have any good to show like presentation or any different opinions from your senior's but with proper supporting or convincing evidence. They do not pressurised much to do work , if you didn't complete your assigned work , first they try to understand the reasons then take suitable action or give guidance to complete that work. They have a very good leave policy and pay scale for article assistant and paid assistant Pros: Good for Articlesship/ Paid Assistant Cons: Late sitting and Low Appraisal
