Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. It great place to work. This company gives you opportunity to learn and explore different things via different client projects and internal projects. You will directly work alongside the Principal and Director of Company and will learn various things from them.

Actually I didn't like anything about Kanvic making fake promises was the company's fortune They didn't treat me well.

I didn't like the employee there, he was too arrogant didn't give me an opportunity Got me layed off within a few weeks with giving reasons as I wasn't able to Perform well in excel Extremely poor company won't recommend it to anyone
