...higher management.company providing various secondary support to improve sale ..Management is very transparent in goal achievement and compensation .Good system to track all activities.

Handling 3 big southern districts of odisha alone need 1 more secondary suppoting staff from company,where as from compitition 4 person are involved in same.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Very limited career growth. Not as much increament/ appraisal. Get less support from your seniors and bosses. Very low work life balance. No transparency in system.

I am skipping this, I can't bluff

Dislikes

1. Zero product training 2. You will become alcoholic, daily your boss will make you pay for his drink 3. boss will give approval only to contractor who gives commission 4. entire mgmt in tamilnadu, don't have vision. 5. they will make your life into disaster 6.if company gives you gift for your perfomance, your boss will snatch. 7. TA, DA will get late, means u well forgot about that 8. 80% of product will not be there, most of times out of stocks 9. if they do audit, godown guys will hire an auto and hide the gift items of dealers some where( mgr will not deliver the scheme items to dealers) 10. Goodless Nerolac was the best, not Kansai Nerolac, no sales personals will stay more than 1 year. 11. Mr.satish was my boss, he mostly sits in office and play games. he never visit site, nor interact with customers. 12. he also left the job within a year 13. he used to get money from contractors 14. if u have death wish, join there, or to kill some one without proof, send them to join knpl 15. even if left company before confirmation, they will show shit stories and ask you to pay. 16. HR works like blood sucking parasites.
