Half the managers were really great, they were proactive, supportive, encouraging, it was really great working with those managers as superiors. With other managers it was not so great, but even then there is a helping culture, so you won't be in trouble for long, if you are in a problem and struggling then someone will definitely be there to help you. By the way when I was there company had 60% market share in industrial coatings, so it is a great place to learn.

...managers are not that competent. They just keep bragging and not doing the work. Also pay level is a little less than competitors.

Nerolac is so good.It's an old company and satisfied by coustomer with there work preference.It's so good in culture also.In all about the benefits are higher and good.

It's management process is some time bad also the salary problem and in ranking form is kinda down.

Some good people in the company but without any promotion or direction.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.

No salary hikes.. no meanings of HR here, everything is dependent on your boss regarding your promotion

No means of HR policies at KNPL. Totally one man army policies. Employee growth , development etc no clear policy

salary structure not as per MNC companies. Travel expenses also below to min. mark. Only politics works
