This is one of the worst company having worst working culture and no increments. Most of my colleagues got first increment after 2 years and in-hand 200 Rs has got reduced from monthly salary. It was totally horrible experience for me as worked very hard for almost 2 years. Also, overall 3-4.5% increment was offered to most of my colleagues joined with me. It is less than inflation rate. Nobody works here more than 2 years except the old managers who have joined during the company was with Tata Forbes group and culture was good. Nerolac offered me 4.2 LPA CTC and got around 22000 in-hand which is again embarassing. All other parts of salary like Gratuity, Superannuation which are almost 33% of CTC has been deducted permanently from my 3 year salary. Working culture is worst. You do not have any authority to even drink a tea in canteen expect during morning hours before working time. The officers are passout from good government engineering colleges like ICT, LIT, UDCT, etc having good academics but the bosses are Diploma holders and do not respect any officer. Officers are treated like workers in the company which is truly empower not to work for the company. Most of the time company will ask to visit factory but they will not recruit employees at factory. Boss will ask to work for extra hours in the factory and extra days too.

Very bad place to work. Please think several times before coming here. Don't expect for carrier growth.

...r accordingly. Don't expect for increment averege anual increment here is 4-5%. Even if you get -4-5% increment inhand salary will not increase because you will only get 70% of increment.

...y will treat u like daily wage labour. If u r experienced then u can servive . Company gives u a very high CTC n after all deduction u will get lower salary than normal company. Minimum 4%hike they will give but not useful. No importance for personal growth training skill development. ONCE YOU ENTER THE KNP HOSUR IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT. AT THE END U HAVE NO NECESSARY SKILL THAT WILL FETCH YOU A JOB. U have to be prepared for everythingDear.

Half the managers were really great, they were proactive, supportive, encouraging, it was really great working with those managers as superiors. With other managers it was not so great, but even then there is a helping culture, so you won't be in trouble for long, if you are in a problem and struggling then someone will definitely be there to help you. By the way when I was there company had 60% market share in industrial coatings, so it is a great place to learn.
