Profit Making organisation on consistent basis do expect job security. Employee treated with respect. Good healthy inter/intra department relationship. Employee provided required resources to work.

...package mentioned on paper and actual amount you receive at the end of the year. You will ended up getting lesser salary than your previous employer. 3. Appraisal policy 4. Leave policy - sandwich leave as company believes in non employee friendly HR policies. 5. Notice period - strictly 90 days of notice period as no relaxation in notice period allow from company.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.
