If you are looking for secured job in a private organisation, this is it.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

... Unavailability of basic necessities like health plans and living accommodation. For Engineers there is no overtime compensation but if you complete 8 hrs extra per day you get one earned leave. But say you stay 3 or 4 hrs extra, that doesn't mount to anything.
