...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years.

This is very good company to learn and develop his skills for professional growth.

Dislikes

There is no fix policy of company and no HR department to take care of employees. Salary structure regarding policy too bad and always impartial to employee. There is no official leave. No bonus at diwali. It's not about bad saying about company but it's real and true offcourse. No offer later at the time of joining no salary slip online.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
