...imagined that things changed once the children started handing over the company. Not caring the employees welfare, very low salary, no appreciation from management. Arrogant nature.

If you belongs From South India, good to work with kanooz. 2nd things if you don't have any Gulf experience in this condition good to grow yourself but don't expect much benefits.

...n jobs have to finish your task mostly in estimation and Proposals department. Moreover salary range almost too low compared to other competitors companies. Even if you work continuesly all seven days , late night according to job requirements and don't expect any other benefits in your salary like extra OT. It will be fixed.

You can work in shutdown and Turnaround jobs. Good for beginners.

...agement will never keep their promises which you will see in your job agreement. Especially with salary. You will see overtime in your agreement but in actual, they won’t pay you. Salary deduction after joining is a common thing in this company plus ton of mental torture and harassments.

Everything : including hr services, hospitality, sallary never on time, Sallary given in cash no account provided and very poor work culture, no complaints are considered by management, when traveling to different locations un ergonomically seat in bus were provided non ac dirty seats no separation between staff and workers, poor food quality, rooms dirty with broken accessories and many more. If you have other option choose it only if there is no option then go work kanooz.

Inconsistent Work pressure sometimes very high due to having 3 to 4 projects at same time & limited bid submission period.
