Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

If there would be anything good in this company you would have heard .

Dislikes

Too much politics. Toxic in every manner. They wont let you eat , sleep and even grieve . Even if its your immediate family who have died they will not be empathic towards you and expect you to resume work as its a lot of Pending "WORK" . Zero Empathy towards employees, Zero tolerance of upper management , no freedom and no room for ideas & creativity. The people at upper level want to control everything. LEGIT EVERYTHING. You cant even change a excel table color from red to blue. Even if you are sick you will atleast get 10 calls and 40 messages from your manager. There is no scope that your problems will be solved. All the bad things will be blamed on you and all the credits will be taken away from you. You will be treated as a slave here. You wont have any growth or learning. You will only be treated as per your managers MOOD. You will be treated with zero empathy , sympathy, emotional intelligence , patience and 100% dominance . They will promise you big things and give you big talks . DO NOT FALL FOR IT. This company is filled with filthy people who are foot lickers and will do everything and anything to make themselves look like heroes .
