This my first company. Kanini helps to improve my technical knowledge. Kaninians always motivate my self learning skill and will appreciate new tries. Every week we have a session for learn new technologies and helps to share our knowledge with others. Kanini is so special with providing equal rights to all, There is no differentiations between high level and low level employees. Here employee and employer who all are treated in the same way. Kanini is good at provide training to newbies and build the team to work effectively and efficiently. The company helps to increase my self-confidence and they will provide facilities for new things. I learned here to handle different type of clients and problem solving techniques. And I have a confident to solve any kind of issues by trying again and again. If a project completed successfully Kanini will never fails to appreciate Kaninians. Working environment about Kanini is very comfortable, coworkers are friendly, and I love to come Kanini for face new problems. Kanini helps to balance my career as well as family. The company provide "The Best Employee" Award to appreciate my technical skills in the last year.

Working hours and Salary.

Nothing as even on first discussion the salary expectations were shared and agreed. After clearing 3rd face to face round only 5% hike from current package was discussed and offer is never released. Followed up with HR multiple times with no response.

Dislikes

The HR and recruitment team are very lethargic as no clear information is shared about the interview rounds. Asked for face to face discussion for which travelled 2.5 hours one way and later on that interview happened on laptop. No job security as per discussion with existing employees.
