Nothing as even on first discussion the salary expectations were shared and agreed. After clearing 3rd face to face round only 5% hike from current package was discussed and offer is never released. Followed up with HR multiple times with no response.

Dislikes

The HR and recruitment team are very lethargic as no clear information is shared about the interview rounds. Asked for face to face discussion for which travelled 2.5 hours one way and later on that interview happened on laptop. No job security as per discussion with existing employees.

This my first company. Kanini helps to improve my technical knowledge. Kaninians always motivate my self learning skill and will appreciate new tries. Every week we have a session for learn new technologies and helps to share our knowledge with others.
